This is an instrumental commemorating the building of the famous floating stone bridge known as Setu-bandha, Rama-setu, or Nala-setu. In modern times, some call it "Adam's Bridge." The bridge spans the Indian Ocean stretching from the southern tip of India to the northern tip of Sri Lanka. It was constructed by the monkey army of Lord Ramacandra millions of years ago in order to allow the monkeys to cross the sea so that they could assist Lord Rama in defeating the Rakshasa army of King Ravana of Lanka. Remnants of the historic bridge can still be seen today in aerial shots taken by NASA satellites.
